Copy this form and paste it on your post so you can fill it out!P.S if you want to be the child of a member already joined pm the possible parents before filling out the form and you must either start out as a puppy ,or be a long lost child. I wouild prefer if you were not a long lost child ,because if everyone was dogs would be wondering why we can't keep up with our children!
